Ever remember entering a newly opened shop and you ask the shop assistant these questions like ‘where can I find this vitamin brand?’ or ‘why is your product so difficult to find?’

Now. Let’s pause here and think for a moment. What exactly are you buying? Familiarity, able to search for the product in the store easily, your perception on the best price available to you or merely for the sake of convenience? Does the price concern you at all in the first place? Not really though. Well as long as the price difference isn’t that much. The buyer do not mind going for alternatives sometimes especially when they see promotional offers such as ‘Buy 1 Get 1 Free’ at the store.
